New Open Call Initiative for AUT's 2025 Season

The AUT board has been thinking of new ways to open up our platform and provide equitable chances for emerging sound artists,
composers and performers to play an instrumental part in our 2025 season activities. We're excited to hear from you and hope these
opportunities will benefit all involved parties, whilst strengthening experimental music and sound-art associated with Aarhus.

We are launching 3 different open calls

  • CALL FOR SCORES - New work for violin and percussion duo (with or without electronics)
  • REPEAT CONCERTS -A chance to bring your concert programme to Aarhus (with musician fees provided by AUT)
  • OPEN CATEGORY - Pitching new projects with AUT as a production partner / platform (event(s) in 2025)
  • Each of the three open-calls has different rules, requirements, eligibility criteria and levels of AUT support if accepted, which can be
viewed in each separate call document. The following information is, however, useful to consider when applying for any of the calls.

There is no entry fee when applying to any of the three open calls.
You may apply for more than one category but may only send 1 proposal per category.

If you have any questions about any of our open calls, please send them to aut.open.calls@gmail.com

    Deadline for submissions: 22.07.2024 - 23:59 CEST
    Results announced: 05.08.2024
First planning meeting with selected applicant: 1st week of September
